1. Is installation included in the cost of products?

No, installation is not included in the product price. Custom Gyms Ltd offers installation services at an additional cost, which varies depending on the size of the project and customer location. Depending on the product, it may be possible for the Custom Gyms to pre assemble the product prior to shipping. 2. Can I collect my order from your Custom Gyms Warehouse?

Yes, you can collect your order from our premises. Simply select “collection” at checkout, and we will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time.

3. Do you ship outside the Republic of Ireland?

Yes, we offer international shipping. However, customers outside the Republic of Ireland will be responsible for any additional delivery charges, customs duties, and import taxes. We aim to secure the most cost-effective shipping solution available.

4. How long will my order take to complete and deliver?

Lead times depend on calendar availability, size and complexity of your order. Custom builds or larger installations will be discussed with the client on an individual basis, while smaller or stocked items are usually delivered within 3–5 working days.

5. Does the price include VAT?

Yes. All product prices listed on our website include VAT, so there are no surprises at checkout.

6. What deposit is required to place an order?

Website orders are required to be fully paid prior to shipping.

If a customer has been in contact with the Custom Gyms team, has received an invoice and finalised an order, full payment is required on the invoice prior to shipping of products.

For builds and installation orders, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of ordering. The remaining balance is due one day prior to installation.

7. Can I install the equipment myself?

Yes. Customers may choose to install equipment themselves, especially for smaller items. However, we recommend following our official installation guidelines carefully. For complex setups or commercial environments, professional installation is highly advised.

8. What if I miss my delivery or can’t take delivery on the agreed date?

If you're unable to accept delivery as scheduled, please give us at least 2 weeks’ notice to rearrange. Missed deliveries may result in additional storage, rescheduling, or transport charges.

9. What warranty comes with your products?

All equipment comes with a manufacturer’s warranty and/or a Custom Gyms Ltd warranty where applicable. Warranty periods and terms vary depending on the item. Full details are available by contacting us directly.

10. What happens if something arrives damaged or is missing from my order?

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery if any items are missing or damaged. We’ll arrange an inspection or replacement as needed. Be sure to record any issues clearly on the delivery documentation.

We strongly advise against moving installed equipment without consulting us. Some setups require specific safety zones and bolting. Relocating equipment without approval may void your warranty and Custom Gyms Ltd’s liability.
